President
Nacho Mendoza is the President of The DOZA Group and a trusted tax preparer and CFO advisor known for combining real-world business ownership experience with deep financial expertise and strategic insight. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to every client relationship, helping business owners navigate both day-to-day decisions and long-term growth.

Pat Mendoza
Managing Director of Client Advisory & Experience
Patricia Mendoza brings over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, where she served as a Vice President of Sales & Operations. During her time in banking, she managed a portfolio of private banking clients and specialized in business lending, giving her a strong foundation in understanding what business owners truly need to succeed. Today, as Managing Director of Client Advisory & Experience at The DOZA Group, Pat is passionate about being more than just an advisor — she is a true partner to her clients. Her strengths lie in managing people, driving growth, and serving as a trusted lifeline for business owners navigating the day-to-day challenges of running a business.

Jennifer McRae
Senior Accountant
Jennifer McRae has been a cornerstone of The DOZA Group for over 10 years, bringing not only her accounting expertise but also a level of care and dedication that truly sets her apart. At DOZA, Jennifer is more than just an employee — she is family. Her clients feel that immediately. She has a natural ability to make complex financial matters feel simple, approachable, and manageable. Whether she is answering questions, walking through financials, or helping clients stay on track, Jennifer shows up with patience, clarity, and genuine care.

Marisa C. Faz
Client Success Coordinator
As the Client Success Coordinator at The Doza Group, Marisa serves as the first point of contact for clients while supporting both client experience and internal operations. She assists with scheduling, onboarding, communications, and provides support with bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative tasks to help keep everything running smoothly. Marisa takes pride in being organized, dependable, and creating a stress-free experience for every client.

Dominike Rueda
Senior Accountant
Dominike Rueda is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and is bilingual, which allows him to better serve and connect with a diverse client base. At The Doza Group, Dominike works closely with clients to deliver accurate financials, answer tax-related questions, and provide ongoing support that goes beyond bookkeeping. His focus is helping business owners understand their numbers, stay compliant, and use their financials as a tool to grow with confidence.

Luis Mendoza
Senior Accountant
Luis Mendoza has been an integral part of the firm for over 10 years and is one of the very first team members to join Nacho in building what is now The DOZA Group. While working full-time with the firm, Luis attended The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he earned his degree in Accounting. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise not only in accounting, but also in integrating third-party systems and leveraging technology to create more efficient, streamlined processes for clients. Fluent in Spanish, Luis also plays a critical role in supporting Spanish-speaking clients.
